Who are your experts?

Wizco experts are employees and managers working for a wide variety of companies in various positions - HR, Product, R&D, Finance, Marketing, etc.

Their interest is both financial - getting paid for the service they provide - and professional - networking and getting to know colleagues from different positions and also practicing hiring procedures.

How are often are the sessions?

It really depends on your availability and experience.

Some experts are able to commit to regular coaching sessions, while others do one every few months or so. We aim to sign up professional experts with relevant background in the applied position and industry, so the more experience one has, the more likely they are to get multiple matches.

How long are the sessions?

Coaching sessions are structured as follows:

  • Introduction - 5 minutes
  • Professional coaching session - 35 minutes
  • One-on-one session feedback - 5 minutes
  • Feedback form - 5 minutes 

How does the scheduling work?

We'll send you a session request by email. Click on the session info link to learn more about the applicant and what they'd like to cover during the session.

Please take note of the applicant’s special request and interview date as this will ensure you provide suitable availability.

If you're sent an availability request, you're in no way obligated to provide time slots should you have limited availability or feel that you're not the best match. 

Is there a minimum amount of sessions I need to conduct?

Experts are in no way obligated to conduct a session. If you’re contacted with a match, you’re free to turn down the session due to scheduling constraints. Our experts decide when and how often they conduct sessions based on their availability.

How should I prepare?

Before the session, we'll send you the applicant's relevant details - their current and desired position, and past experience, a guideline of how to use the system, and how to prepare before a session.

It's important to us that you come prepared and lead the session, bringing yourself and your experience to the table. Our experts' unique professional experience helps better prepare new alumni for a large variety of positions in a number of industries.

Am I required to follow up with the applicant after the session?

We don't require our experts to do any follow ups once the session has been conducted and the feedback report completed.

That being said, some experts take a keen interest in their applicant's success and prefer to be kept updated on their progress. We understand that each expert's approach will be slightly different and support them in whatever feels most natural to them. 

How does the matching process work?

Applicants will provide us with details on their upcoming interview, including their desired position, company and any special requests they may have. 

Using this information our smart algorithm scans our database, providing us with suitable experts whose experience and skills fit the applicant's session needs.

How does payment work?

Once the session and feedback report are completed, we'll reach out regarding your preferred method of payment.

We generally make payments to our experts twice a week, although depending on upcoming scheduled sessions, may wait to include a session payment in a later batch.

Can I login into the Wizco dashboard?

Right now, there's no way for the experts to log into Wizco but this feature is in development and will be available soon. 

How does Wizco protect my privacy?

Wizco takes privacy and security seriously and has implemented security measures and internal policies to ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as the EU GDPR and CCPA.
